Effective resource utilization in Arkansas public schools

Purpose Teacher pay in Arkansas public schools varies widely from district to across the state. This discrepancy is driven by both funds available a and how these are allocated. Design/methodology/approach Using data through Department Education, research investigates what variables affect performance using feature selection predictive modelling determine cost-effectiveness associated changing possible decision terms improving performance. Findings It was found that most cost-effective ways increase (1) average salary (2) years experience. result validated education research, methods have been identified literature being effective quality Furthermore, should consider increasing student–teacher ratio applying resulting savings toward salaries.
